Cabo San Lucas Part 3

I went diving a couple of times in Cabo - once on my birthday. The water wasn't quite as clear as Cozumel, but it was a lot better than I expected. I dove near the southern tip of the Baja they call Land's End (near the arch).

Some inhabitants of the area are the sea lions. They smell bad and look rather awkward on the rocks, but they fly in the water. I saw a couple in the water on my second dive but they were too fast to take any pictures. I have some low quality video of them but have not had time to edit it. Once I do I will post an update.

There was a lot to take in under the surface. I took many more photos underwater and some of them even turned out. There are too many to post here so I put them in a photo gallery here. One highlight was the huge, and I use that in the largest sense possible, school of fish right off the point. I can't even guess at how many there were, but the school was thick enough to block out the sun when we swam under. It was impossible to see the entire thing and the photos don't do it justice. I have video, but again, that needs editing and will be posted later.
